I have known Neeraj for several years whilst working for Teys Australia, where he managed a team of 3 staff in our Business Intelligence department. I have known Neeraj for over 5 years now in the area of Business Intelligence and found him to be professional in his role in that time. He is good at identifying problems and coming up with solutions to rectify. His particular strength is to demonstrate the best way visually display how to quickly identify when there is a specific problem, rather then having to through a mass of numbers to find the problem.

Neeraj has the ability to understand a variety of departments and the underlying way their data is both captured and used. Being creative and coming up with out of the box solutions which enable a data driven culture where one didn’t exist before. Neeraj is always willing to deep dive into a problem to find the best solution, spending time to discover and understand what is required and then actively working with my team and I to ensure he delivers a user friendly, accurate dashboard. Throughout the time I have spent working closely with Neeraj, I have found him to be extremely helpful, always positive and open minded as to the possibilities of what can be created using data. My experience working with Neeraj Khurana (Dataincom) has all been positive. We used Neeraj to help us develop ETL's for our data warehouse. The project was to take NetSuite data via API and create meaningful tables in the data warehouse to allow us to match existing data from our old ERP. To say the process was complicated was an understatement. Neeraj's ability to take bare bones requirements and flesh them out in to meaningful data is gold standard. He really understands our business; which is the most important part of the process for me, as it meant I could be more hands off and simply step in to review results. We will be continuing to use Neeraj on an on going basis as his skill set compliments our business incredibly well.
