I have known Neeraj for over 5 years now in the area of Business Intelligence and found him to be professional in his role in that time. He is good at identifying problems and coming up with solutions to rectify. We used Neeraj to help us develop ETL's for our data warehouse. The project was to take NetSuite data via API and create meaningful tables in the data warehouse to allow us to match existing data from our old ERP. To say the process was complicated was an understatement. Neeraj's ability to take bare bones requirements and flesh them out in to meaningful data is gold standard. He really understands our business; which is the most important part of the process for me, as it meant I could be more hands off and simply step in to review results.
